Introducing AeroLytics: The Passenger-First Intelligence Layer

Today, we are proud to introduce AeroLytics, India's first aviation intelligence platform dedicated to the Passenger Experience (HX). While traditional systems optimize for operational efficiency (fuel burn, turnaround times, and slot adherence), we optimize for the passenger's journey. We believe that a flight is only truly 'on time' if the passenger arrives ready for what's next.
The Gap in Modern Aviation Data
Current aviation tracking is distinct from the passenger experience. A flight might touch down at the scheduled minute, yet passengers could be trapped on the tarmac for forty minutes, stuck in a crowded immigration hall, or separated from their luggage. To the system, that flight was a success. To the human, it was a failure.
"We don't just track aluminum tubes in the sky. We track the promise made to the passenger."
Our Approach: The Intelligence Stack
- Sovereign Flight Data (AeroSky): We built our own ground-based ADSB network across India to ensure data independence and zero latency.
- Predictive Experience Scoring (AeroScore): We use machine learning to predict 'stress events' before they happen, allowing airlines to intervene proactively.
- Feedback Integration: We allow the passenger's voice to be a real-time data point, not a post-flight survey.
As Indian aviation enters a golden era of growth, with hundreds of new aircraft on order and new airports coming online, the complexity of the network will explode. Managing this complexity requires a new layer of intelligence, one that understands context, not just coordinates.
