About the Role
Design and develop electronic systems for our aviation IoT network. Work on ADS-B receivers, environmental sensors, and edge computing devices deployed across Indian airports.
Responsibilities
- Design and assemble PCB boards for aviation IoT devices
- Work with sensors (temperature, humidity, noise, air quality)
- Integrate ADS-B receivers and RF components
- Develop firmware for microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi)
- Test and calibrate sensor systems for accuracy
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in deployed devices
- Collaborate with software team on hardware-software integration
- Maintain documentation for hardware designs and assemblies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Understanding of electronic components and circuit design
- Experience with PCB assembly and soldering
- Knowledge of sensors and sensor interfacing
- Basic programming skills (C/C++, Python)
- Familiarity with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32)
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and datasheets
Nice to Have
- Robotics knowledge and experience
- Experience with ADS-B or RF systems
- Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, LoRaWAN)
- CAD software experience (KiCAD, Eagle)
- 3D printing and prototyping skills
- Understanding of aviation electronics
- Experience with edge computing devices
