HR Executive

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events
• Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance
• Manage employee performance review cycles and feedback systems
• Maintain HR databases and employee records
• Draft company policies and ensure they are effectively communicated

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in tech recruitment or startup environments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and productivity tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Background in aviation or travel industry
• Conflict resolution or coaching certifications
• Experience with remote-first culture management
