About the Role
Join our People & Culture team to find and nurture the talent that will build the future of aviation. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee experience, and fostering our collaborative, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events
- Handle payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Manage employee performance review cycles and feedback systems
- Maintain HR databases and employee records
- Draft company policies and ensure they are effectively communicated
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in tech recruitment or startup environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and productivity tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Background in aviation or travel industry
- Conflict resolution or coaching certifications
- Experience with remote-first culture management
